They are chosen for their benefits for being able to help personal growth and development in healthy people.
It is carried out in a fun way, giving importance to the participants' safety.
There is no competition, no winners or losers. This allows the exploration of various aspects of battle and body adaptation to several different situations, without any violence.
The aim is to bring new knowledge regarding manifold ways of fighting, without the intention to injure the opponent.
